Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, absolutely! We make sure that all product images on our website accurately represent the actual items you’ll receive. However, please note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates but the overall design and quality will always match what you see.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account and going to the “Orders” or “My Orders” section.
Select the order you want to view, and you’ll find an option to view or download your sales receipt/invoice.
If you checked out as a guest, please check your email inbox for the receipt sent to you after purchase.
How can I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. To start a return:
Go to “My Orders” in your account.
Select the item you want to return.
Choose a reason and submit your return request.
Our team will review it and provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement as per our Return Policy.
